Weblero provides web hosting, domain name registration, and related internet services. All services are provided subject to these terms and any additional terms specific to individual services.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware, to send unsolicited email (spam), to host content that infringes intellectual property rights, or to engage in any activity that disrupts our services or other customers.
5. Payment and Billing
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
6. Uptime SLA
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. In the event of downtime below this threshold, customers may request service credits as specified in our SLA documentation.
7. Data and Backups
While we provide daily backups on eligible plans, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or other circumstances.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Weblero's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify customers of significant changes via email.
